The interior of the building, which adjoins the Radisson Blu Hotel Latvija, is notable for its originality in uniting modern interior design with the period features of the historic building. The standout features of the ESPA Rīga premises are its spiral staircase, tiled with a mosaic of black crystal and gold and beautiful lighting sculpture from the renowned designer Eva Menz.
