Slowly & Strong: 45 minutes long class is aimed to develop body and joint flexibility, as well as strength of inside muscles that ensure healthy and beautiful body. This class includes also breathing exercises that help to reduce stress influence and feel your body better.
ABL (Abdominals, Buttock and Legs): Power class that consists of exercises complex for legs, buttocks and abdominal muscles training. Various exercises in conjunction with regular class participation help to tone legs muscles, develop fit figure as well as strengthen abdominals.
Fit Body: Power class that is aimed to tone all main muscles groups. During the class different equipment is used: dumbbells, rubbers, body bar, fit ball, step platform. Usage of this equipment together with different class organization helps on the way to fit body.
In order to ensure your place in Fitness Classes, please make reservation in advance. We advise arriving 10 minutes before the start of a class. Personal Training available.
