In May ESPA Riga’s members are invited to complimentary Aerobics classes with our professional fitness trainers!

Our Senior Fitness trainer has just qualified to teach yoga and is ready to share her knowledge with our members! There will also be two types of Aerobics classes available every Monday & Wednesday throughout May. In order to ensure your place in our fitness classes we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

Mondays 16:00

Body&Mind: This 60 minuteclass combines exercises from yoga, pilates and callanetics and will balance and shape your body and mind, relieving stress and tension of muscles.

Wednesdays 10:00

Body Power & ABS: This 60 minute power workout will tone and firm your whole body, focusing on specific and problematic areas and belly press muscles. Streching exercises at the end of the session. Medium-high intensity.

In order to ensure a place in our fitness classes, we recommend to book in advance. Number of persons in each class is limited (max 5 persons). Please arrive at least 10 minutes before start time of class.
