Is it necessary to make a reservation to visit the Active Leisure area?

The Spa Centre is not requiring reservations for individual or couple visits to the Active Leisure area. However, if you plan to visit as a group of people (2 or more), please inform ESPA Riga Reception prior to your arrival, of the date, time and a number of guests that will be attending. In addition, before your visit, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the Internal Rules at ESPA Riga Spa Center.

Why is children visiting time limited?

ESPA Riga Spa Centre is designed for adults, where they may enjoy a range of spa facilities to rejuvenate the mind, body and soul. Considering the needs of every spa guest, it is also possible to visit the Active Leisure area with children. However, to ensure an uninterrupted experience for our peace-loving guests, the visit times for children under 14 years of age (included) is limited from 7.00 to 18.00 on weekdays and from 8.00 to 15.00 on weekends and celebration days.

What should a guest take into consideration before visiting Active Leisure area?

All facilities in the spa area are mixed-gender. Therefore, swimwear is required, towels and slippers will be provided. If you require a robe, these are available to rent – price 5.00 EUR. ESPA Riga entrance fees can be found here.

What should a guest take into consideration before making an appointment for a spa treatment?

Spa facial and body treatments are available from the age of 16.
We recommend for a guest to arrive at the spa 1 hour prior the reservation to enjoy the full use of the exclusive Thermal Suite.
The availability of spa treatments may vary, therefore we highly recommend that treatment reservations are made ahead of time.
Guests for spa treatments are provided with a robe, towels and slippers.
To ensure that the chosen treatment is suitable for the guest, we kindly ask to provide medical information that may affect the chosen treatment, such as allergies, cosmetic or surgical operations performed in the last six months, pregnancy or other contraindications.

What are the terms and conditions regarding expired gift card?

The validity of ESPA Riga Gift Card containing specific monetary amount or for various Spa treatments, is 1 year from the purchase date. A Gift Card to Active Leisure Area or Thermal Suite is valid for 6 months from purchase date. We highly recommend that guests meet the expiration date of the gift card. In some cases, gift card expiration dates may be extended. The terms of the extension differ from the type of gift card and each case is evaluated individually. If 1 year has passed since the expiration date of the gift card, it can no longer be extended. More information can be found here.

Is parking available for Spa guests?

ESPA Rīga does not have its own parking lot for guests of the Spa Center, so we invite guests to use the Snabb underground car park at Radisson Blu Latvija Conference & Spa Hotel.

Thanks to the license plate recognition system, the parking time starts automatically. When you're ready to leave, simply pay using the Snabb or Mobilly apps, or at the payment machine located in the parking lot..

In the area of Baznīcas, Elizabetes and Dzirnavu Streets, close to the Spa Center, there are also paid parking lots on the street.
