We recommend you arrive at the spa reception at least 60 minutes prior to your reservation to enable you to enjoy the full use of the exclusive Thermal Suite which is located on the 6th floor of the SPA. These include male, female and family changing rooms, heat experiences (steam rooms & saunas) ice fountain, lifestyle showers and an outdoor heated vitality pool. There are also peaceful relaxation areas available to read, have a nap or relax.

Please be aware that late arrivals will not receive an extension to their treatment.

*The minimum age requirement for access into the spa and to treatments areas is 16.
